Order Processing & Handling

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (festivals, sales, etc.), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes.
  • Additional charges may apply for COD orders.
  • Maximum COD order value: ₹ 999.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.
  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or via the "Track Order" section on our website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to restricted areas, military zones, or PO Boxes.
  • Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Orders

  • We are not responsible for orders lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our customer support.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
